The Highland Shelter Ministry provides therapeutic counseling to individuals of families in crisis through the power of God's word. Our Goal is to build personal interractions through counseling which chlleges the individuals to be more motivated and to look forward to a point at which they can realize greater self-potential.
The Homeless Shelter Ministry has three areas of focus:
1. Healing for the past. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
2. Strength for today. “God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20. “Let not your heart be troubled… In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 14: 27, 16:33
3. Life for the future. “He that hearth my word, and believed on him that sent, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” John 5:24
